From the time I entered the door the sales associate Charles was amazing ! And let me just add amazing was just an understatement... He was remarkable.He made sure my family I was comfortable throughout car buying process.Charles never pressured me into buying any car . He definitely made sure I was satisfied . Also, the great customer service did not end with Charles. Jay the finance manager was very personable and patient . He made sure me and my father understood every detail about the vehicle purchased . Although , My vehicle was used the outstanding customer service rendered by Charles and Jay made feel as if I purchased a brand new vehicle. I was very unsure about my car trade before going in but Brian Chand and the team at Infiniti was wonderful and very welcoming. We were able to work out the negative equity of my car and I felt much better about having gone to a dealer and the manager Mr. Young was also very understanding.

Everything was great about the service. Shawn (Shawhib) was terrific about keeping me posted on everything, getting me a loaner when it turned out my car needed more work that we thought and making sure it was all finished when he said it would be.
