Hello - Upon an emergency arrival at 7:30 in the morning, I was promptly greeted by two associates (granted, I was their first customer, but the point still stands: they promptly and pleasantly greeted me), one of which who noted my issues and the other who took care of protecting the seat with plastic film. The associate pulled up my information in the system, and then asked me to wait until the techs had successfully performed the diagnosis. Diagnosis came back, and I had to be given a loner car. Loner car was clean and promptly delivered as they understood I had a busy work day ahead, and this emergency of mine happened as I departed my home that morning. Throughout that same day and the following day, I had questions/certain concerns about my vehicle and the same associate was extremely prompt in returning my text messages via the company established line. Additionally, I was notified that my car would be ready 1 day earlier than anticipated. This was great news because even though the loner car didn’t have any issues, it was an SUV, and I missed the humble performance of my g37. Upon arrival to the dealership, my car was out in front (Probably because the associate was hospitable and professional enough to have read my message that I would be there around 1 p.m. via the text message line.) My car was washed and vacuumed, as promised. Actually, It looked so good that it even looked waxed... Thanks for the service!
