In feb i paid for wipers those didn't wipe good bcz they prob were not replaced so i came back and they were replaced. Another sad to reporr thing is The service guy had a really bad body oder. I would never say anything if it were normal BO but is not. So Want to be assigned to someone else. Also when i sign into my infiniti account a warranty booklet is available. It says i get new wiper blades first 6 month's of ownership, and refrigerent recharge at no charge first 12 month's regsrdless i mileage. I am unhappy my request was denied. They should not attach a warranty book if it does not apply to my car. Also Emissions is covered until 80k miles and corosion. Those should still be covered and i want confirmation they are covered.
