I recently bought a Q50. I cannot rave enough about how professional, knowledgeable and nice everyone was! Car buying can feel intimidating but they were patient and helpful. I felt no pressure at all and was treated as if I was buying the newest top of the line car they had even though I purchased used. I am indebted to Nalley Infiniti for their patience, persistence and consideration in what was a complicated repair for an older (2001) Infiniti. In that parts were difficult to find ,it would have been just as easy to send me on my way. My car was kept in one of the bays (sunroof leak) for an extended period of time, until parts were found. Kevis Tanner was especially helpful and was proactive in keeping me up to date from the troubleshooting phase to completion. That said, the price was very fair for the amount of time and work that went into it. I also have a pre-owned M37 . Kevis as well as Mike Militello went above and beyond the call of duty to repair some anomalies not evident when I purchased the car from another state. A very costly part that Nalley negotiated for me. I will continue to do business with Nalley. I trust their expertise, they stay behind their work and provide a warm atmosphere. My only regret is that distance kept me away for a few years.

Zain is by far the best person to deal with. Very informative and always makes sure to have our vehicles up to date and running well! He is the reason we always come back to this location even though there are other dealerships that are closer to us
