overall the experience was a good experience. the facility was very nice and clean. i had a part that was ordered, but it was not there at the time that i was expecting it. i ended up having to get a rental because the part had to be shipped from another dealership later than what i was told initially (it was a few days later than the original conversation). after the part was received, it was a smooth service.

This is my second purchase from Nalley INFINITI of Atlanta. My sales person Jon was amazing and overall very professional. Made us feel welcomed and valued as a costumer. The manager Louis McClinton was not very friendly. Very rude to me when I started to ask for a better deal. He got a very nasty tone with me and treated me like something else other than a returning customer. Besides the RUDE manager. I was very pleased with the sales rep Jon and the financial Manager. We will definitely return here for our next purchase. Just gotta try to avoid the Manager Louis McClinton.
