The sales Reps made respect for customers thier standard everyone was phenomenal

Pauline was extremely knowledgeable, personable and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle. She was extremely polite, and we quickly built a great rapport. She made my car buying experience a pleasure (pretty sure I’ve ever said that before). I would definitely do business with Nalley again because of Pauline.

Our salesperson (Amanda) was wonderful- attentive, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and very congenial. She also was very accommodating with our challenged schedule, staying late to give us the best service possible. Charles was my initial contact at Nalley and stayed with me throughout the entire purchasing process. This was my first car to buy online without ever test driving the vehicle. Charles sent me videos, pictures and answere all my questions. If he didn’t know the answers he put me in contact with someone who did. Charles stayed connected with me even on his days off. I probably would not have pursued the purchase if Charles had not been as professional and relentlessly focused on helping me . Great experience!

From the time I walked into the show room, everyone, I felt good about the experience. I did not feel presured, like I had with my previous car purchases. I was treated with respect even though I was not ready to buy at the time. Later when I contacted Nalley to find the exact car I wanted, I did not have anyone trying to talk me out of it.
