Nalley performed service on my car. When a certain repair was going to take several hours to perform, Nalley furnished a loaner car to me.

Service was outstanding. I had a discrepancy but service quickly offered an apology and fix the problem the best way possible. I also notice the initiative taken to correct my drivers side window switch which was not sending the window up without me holding the switch. Now its fixed. I will remain a loyal customer with Infiniti Atlanta with service like that.

I enjoyed the experience getting my oil change, however it did take a more time than expected. The overall experience was great. The intake agent was nice and resourceful. I almost didn’t get that free car wash. I will come back.
