I recently purchased a used QX70 a couple days ago and after driving it I realized there was some shake in the steering wheel while driving. I brought it back to Nalley and my service advisor suggested the rotors be resurfaced. This was done within a reasonable amount of time. Free of charge.

The service provided by Sherry was awesome. She worked with me and made my concerns a priority. My initial reason for visiting the dealership was due to a recall on the car. There were other concerns that I voiced when presenting to the service department. Those concerns were mentioned to the technician. The assigned technician was summoned to reassure me that my car, or the helicopter sound experienced during the cranking of the car, was normal. Sherry advised me to continue to keep a watch out on the issue. Thanks Sherry for the awesome service!

Excellent service

The service advisor did an excellent job. We came from out of town on a 5 hour trip and he was able to get us in immediately. We were done in less than an hour and he went above and beyond on any questions that I had. I will always looks to stop by this dealership to handle any of my future needs in Atlanta

Visited Nalley Infiniti if Atlanta on 2-4-19! Service was excellent! Everyone was friendly and courteous! Pauline was my sales agent and she was very knowledgeable about the leasing process.
