I had an appointment and was there for exactly 2 hours for an oil change. They did however replace a leaking seal also.

I wanted to share my amazing experience of Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. I have worked for dealsherships, bought cars, heard others tell their stories of their car buying experience and I can honestly say nothing holds a candle to the team at Nalley Infiniti! I worked mostly with David and Andre, and of course with Miesha in finance. What a great team you guys have. They were helpful, honest, and well got me in to my new QX60. I enjoyed the experience so much I not only bought one but I traded the base model a couple months later for the loaded model. There are other dealerships that were closer to me, but I couldn't be happier with taking the extra time to go see them, in fact I will go out of my way to take my car there for service over the years of owning it. I recommend to anyone interested in actually enjoying the car buying experience to come to this dealership, you will not be disappointed in the amazing customer service this team provided, and, well let's just say if you don't leave happy it's not the dealership! Thank you again guys, I love love love my new car and happy to be apart of the Infniti family!

Quick service done the correct way

Upon the purchase of my vehicle. I’ve sought out locations to service the vehicle that would be beneficial to my Satisfaction choosing service and trust over price. Honoring Consistency and build a relationship to relying on the Good ppl. I would like to thank Shawn Reza and Cookie DuBose for going above and being on various occasions during my visits. Within three months i’ve spent over 2,500 on service for my vehicle to keep it up to par. And they’ve put a smile on my face during that process. Even in the most uncomfortable times I felt respected and that assured that the best decisions towards my car and my time. Please continue to have great service like this and i’ll Continue to return. Thanks Mike although I didn’t feel a warm welcome from you it’s all good. Next time. Shout out to the service Dept for my window repair also. It’s doesnt squeak anymore. :)
