Communication was not very good this visit. I had to call many times and never received updates on my car status. The app did not track any progress beyond service in progress and I was left guessing as to when it may be finished.

Great experience. Got in on time and out within 2.5 hours for a maintenance check-up, new tires and brakes. Customer lounge is very accommodating and provides appropriate snacks, drinks and wifi.

Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta was a redemption story for Nalley Infiniti Marietta. The service area at Nalley Infiniti Atlanta was beautiful, and the customer service was top tier. The service manager checked on me just to ask if I needed anything while I waited, which made me feel valued. All the technicians seemed to be experts in their field, and the courtesy snacks added a nice touch of class. The video of the service technician explaining my car's findings was unmatched in detail. After multiple poor experiences with Nalley Marietta, I felt they no longer wanted my business. However, Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta has restored my faith in the brand. Despite living over an hour away, I will gladly make the drive every time because I feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Thank you for the excellent service!
