Always a great experience when coming to Infiniti

Dropped my vehicle off in the midst of Christmas and New Year BUT that did not stop the associates from providing wonderful service. My personal service advisor, Kevis took the time to explain each and everything problem with me, called, emailed and texted vehicle updates every step of the way. Even though I was a pain stressed and worried him lol he remained kind :) virtual high fives!!!! ~

That was my first visit to the neq location the facility is AWESOME, Dennus was AWESOME also i really enjoyed my visit there i will be back for more service and maybe a car excellent service again Dennis was AWESOME
