My experience with my service rep was great, no problems with him. My expectations weren’t me on the timelines of my service. I was there over 3 hours for an oil change and tire plug.

This was the best car maintenance experience I have ever had! I bought my 2013 Infiniti JX35 from a used car dealership and within a couple of weeks of purchasing this vehicle it needed a transmission. As you may understand I was very frustrated, though I had a warranty it only covered the part and labor was not included. Nalley ensured me they were the best Dealership for the job and I couldn't agree more. Everyone I encountered were super friendly and very professional. The service department was top notch with a food bar, beautiful waiting room, and cofee. I would recommend Nalley to anyone because they will definitely be my first choice going forward. Thank you for making this experience so easy!

I’ve been to Nalley service a few times and always was greeted by a friendly customer service agent. I noticed that you have a whole new staff now. I think there were no available service agents even though I had a reserved time of arrival. The customer before me looked ambivalent because the attendant was not very confident in checking her out. As she left she said “best of luck” to me. Just noticed a change in efficiency of the front desk. Thank you.
