Shawn Reza corrected an error made by the auto mechanics who serviced my vehicle. He made a special trip to my office to reattach the oil pan underneath my car.

My service advisor, Kevis Tanner, is excellent! He is professional, is thorough in the explanation of what services need and why, seeks to be accommodating with my schedule and getting a loaner, advocating for me when I'd like more aggressive pricing, and just being a pleasant and decent person. The quality of the service advisor either cements or destroys a customer relationship and Kevis' service quality cements my relationship with Nalley Service.

Everyone was awesome and very professional. Their primary concern was ensuring my happiness and finding the vehicle that I wanted.
