KEVIS TANNER WAS MY SERVICE ADVISOR - HE DID A GOOD JOB . VERY NICE GUY AND EASY TO TALK TO . HE WAS ALSO EASY TO REACH WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM . MY CAR WAS LEAKING . IT TAKES A REALLY HARD RAIN FOR IT TO LEAK . SO FAR ITS OK . AFTER THE NEXT RAIN THATS 1" INCH IN ONE HOUR I SHOULD KNOW IF ITS FIXED . DO YOU ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO TALK WITH THE MACHANIC THAT DOES THE WORK ? OVERALL -- GREAT JOB -- I'VE TRIED TO HAVE THIS FIXED FOR ABOUT 18 MONTHS WITH NO SUCCESS .
