Drove into bay and was immediately greeted by a Nalley associate and then a service rep. Quickly checked me in. Asked about my service for that day and asked if I had any other problems. Very personable and friendly, made to feel very comfortable. Did not have to wait very long at all.

Everyone was very courteous, professional and informative.

The online chat person was an idiot!! Gave me a Saturday appointment at 5pm; the place closed at 5. The tech was apologetic and told me to cone back on Monday and he would get me in. Couldn't make it until Tuesday, but he remembered me and pulled my car straight back!!! Then I had a coupon for free windshield wipers. Found out the program ended but he honored it anyway!!! He was wonderful and turned my frown into a smile!!! Great job!
