service advisor was courteous and prompt with his updates about the status of my car. when it was not going to be ready in time, he secured a courtesy vehicle for me.

The original battery in my 2010 G37 died when my car was parked in my garage. After having it towed to Nalley, they determined the issue was only the battery, and replaced it. Everything seems to be fine now. I'll continue to have my car serviced at Nalley Infiniti as I have since I purchased it from them as a new car.
