I purchased my car from Nalley, but this is the first time I've utilized their service. I was solicited via email to schedule service and a coupon was offered. My vehicle information was already on file (verified in the email w/ yr, make, model). I was a bit frustrated upon arrival as I was told that they did not have the proper filter for my vehicle to be serviced for an oil change and 1 had to be ordered. I left and came back when the filter was readily available (later that day). When it was time to pay, the coupon applied online at the time of scheduling was not on my paperwork. Minor details but they all add up to a lackluster experience. I do however appreciate that Nalley vacuums and washes vehicles with oil changes. That is a classy touch.

Zain was amazing! Absolutely took car of my car on such short notice! It’s official, after my experience on Friday, Zain is the only one I trust when it comes to handing my car keys over for a service. Definitely my go to dealership!

Service representative was excellent at explaining the service that was needed for my car. He was very professional but personable. He explained what would happened if these repairs were ignored. Thanks.

This time service was much better. I replaced 2 light bulbs...i went in because my tire had a slow leak that they couldnt find..i had previously gone in for the same issue...the service manager insisted that they put new caps on the valve stems to see if that helped. He should be fired...i was simply too tired to argue that day. They initially told me i didnt have a leak, however i instisted that i did and to have the tech recheck...they found that i had a bent stem on the inside of the tire which they repaired. If Nalley advertised lower prices and made their rates more competitive, more people would bring their cars to the dealership. They would make up in volume... they should have express services that charge for the cost of the item and a flat fee... ie...windshield wipers are $30...im not paying $30 for install for a 3 min snap on snap off. $35 and i should be out the door. Air filter change. $30 including install.. Stop making repairs difficult
