I had not financed a car since 2009 and was not a huge fan of car dealerships because in past experiences the sales people have been pushy and over aggressive in their attempts to sell me a car. This experience was AWESOME, Pauline kept me calm and made the process easy. I love my vehicle, she listened to my wants, needs and got a perfect fit for me.

I arrived on time for a Saturday appt for minor work - new windshield wiper blades and oil change. Service consultant was very courteous and took the time to explain how the service coupons work. However, it took too long for car to be ready having made an appt.
