I had an emergency in the morning driving into work. My tire completely lost air on Hwy 400, managed to get to work, called at 7:00 am to check on availability of new tire. Taylor told me to come in anytime that day. Came in after work and Samuel helped me get signed in right away. Turns out I did not need a new tire, the mechanic was able to plug my tire for $30! That was the best news I had heard all day! Samuel was extremely kind and helpful. I look forward to continuing to work with Samuel whenever I need to bring my car in.
