Sam was great, communicated and kept me up to date on progress of service. He made certain my car was washed off and vacuumed which I appreciate. He genuinely cared about my satisfaction and built trust in the way he handled each communication.

Good experience with some hiccups. Pre purchase I inspection process needs to be better as the vehicle I bought was leaking excess amount of oil due to defective oil filter which was not disclosed to me. Thankfully,I noticed it during inspecting the car myself prior to purchase.

It went ok. We arrived early but still waited over 3 hours to get an oil changed and tires rotated. In addition, I had a mechanic to look at one of my tires. He couldn’t remove the tire because it was looks extremely tight and one of my wheel nuts was stripped. The last time my tires were removed was at this location for oil change and tire rotation.
