I usually work with Malian but he was off on Mondays. All was good with my experience, except the technician stated i needed new windshield wiper blades. I had just gotten new wiper blades two month prior and had not replaced the back wiper blade because they didn't have that size available. He told me it was approximately $50 to replace the one back blade. That was the same quote to replace all of them. I declined this service because I don't think it was accurate. Stuff like this can give a dealership a bad name because people always think dealerships overprice things anyway... I like this dealership overall but this one aspect was not a good feeling. All else was good on the visit.
