Scheduled an oil change last minute before taking a trip back home to Nashville, the team at Nalley Infiniti was courteous, efficient and did their best to get me on the road as soon as possible. Had an oil/leak issue with my vehicle 30 minutes prior to getting to my destination, out of frustration I called them back thinking it was something related to the oil change they had just done 2/3 hours prior. Long story short, the service team (Asif and his Service manager) took ownership of the situation and were outstanding in assisting me during my time of frustration. The oil leak issue ended up NOT being related to the service at Nalley Infiniti, as their team did everything according to standards (confirmed by the Cools Springs Infiniti in Franklin, TN). I just want to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TEAM!!!, as they were understanding, and provided phenomenal customer service from beginning to end, and continued to check up on me even after finding out it had nothing to do with the oil change at their location.
