When I was told the outcome of my visit I was in tears and couldn’t control my crying. My service tech was extremely nice and took consideration of my situation and gave me a discount. I really appreciate this so much and for his kindness.

MY SERVICE TECH "SAM" DID A GREAT JOB! HE WAS VERT PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SERVICES I NEEDED. "SAM" WAS ALSO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND KEPT ME ABREAST OF WHAT WAS GOING ON THE ENTIRE TIME, MY VEHICLE WAS IN FOR SERVICE! I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO REQUEST "SAM". It was fine but it took quite a bit longer than I was quoted. Originally, I was told the Road Trip package would take about 2-2.5 hours. I did add the brake wash after the inspection but I was told it wouldn’t add but 30mins. I finally got finished after 4.5 hours.
