I was ending my lease and ended up buying the car.I spent more time with the finance guy vs seller since in was not looking for a carMy issue is that I engaged with the seller a month prior. Told her I was trying to decide to get a new lease or purchase the one I had. I asked multiple times to send me over three options to buy out vs new lease. I wanted to see what I was pre approved for so I can start to make my decision before getting to dealership. After multiple request, and sending over copy of registration, driver license and proof of insurance I never received any numbersThe only concern of the seller is when I’m coming in. I had booked an appt with her at a specific timeI got so many text and calls reminding me of my appt and never sent me any numbers I asked forThat was the most frustrating part of the experience. Having to beg for something to be ignored.

yesterday morning my car had a flat tire. i called nalley service and was given a number to call to infiniti roadside assistance. the automated system was extremely easy to use. they texted me a link to schedule a tow. the tow truck arrived within one and a half hours. there was a slight miscommunication about where to take my car. eventually the car was delivered to nalley. andrew robinson was helpful and got the tire replaced as quickly as possible. when i arrived to pick it up, my car was washed and ready. andrew escorted me to my car to inspect it before i left. i couldn't have asked for better service.
