This started as a very poor experience by dropping my car off Monday for a 2-3hr service and the car not being completed until late Thursday. The reason for the 5 stars is DIRECTLY related to the customer service of Sam Straub. He was able to respond, speak clearly and explain the delays. This made the biggest difference.

i do not live close to the dealership but i do work close by so i make my service appointments when i'm scheduled to come into the office. for this reason, i like to get a loaner. i wish i could reserve a loaner rather than them being first come first serve.i was pleased with my recent service experience. i love the automated text to review the service recommendations with the cost. my service advisor was very responsive.
