We had the best service at Nalley. Mr. Akbari took care of us with professionalism, care, and kindness. He kept us informed of the car being serviced step by step. We appreciate him so much.Ones the car was ready, he came to us and walked us to the car. He didn’t have to open the door for us, but it was a kind gesture and demonstrated him being a true gentleman.I do believe that professionals like Ms. Akbari makes us come back to Nalley and keep the business.Thanks again for making differences.

My advisor was attentive and understood what I needed regarding work to turn off my SES. My wait was all day for my work to get completed and my (SES) service engine soon light is still on. Not sure I understand why the light is still on . Other than that, my visit was a 10.
