I made an appointment for services twice within a 3 day period. While I'm happy with the final result, I do feel like my additional appointment and time out my day could have been avoided had each my tires been thoroughly inspected on Sat during my initial oil change and tire rotation appointment. I'm currently in a lease, so I was not happy with the extra miles back and forth to get this issue resolved.
