Service Advisor, Marian Bah, listened well to what brought me in-- a noise that I needed to he diagnosed as a potential safety issue. Service technician did thorough inspection and provided a video to share what was learned. I was sent a list of recommendations to review. The Service Advisor then discussed the recommendations to help me to decide. which items should be considered as more urgent to address. I made my decision, relying heavily on the advisors guidance.The work was performed in a reasonable timeframe as I waited. I had brought my lunch with me, but forgot to bring eating utensils and I also asked about access to a microwave. Special consideration was extended so that I could eat my food comfortably.My car was returned and washed. Before releasing it, another driving inspection was done to check if the noise had been addressed (brake rotor pads and whhel bearings in the suspension system).Excellent service from scheduling the visit on line to finosh.

Waited 25 minutes while service advisors were in a meeting…but after that all went greatHad a 9 am appt… was 9:25 by the time he adddressed me

Excellent customer service from everyone I always come back to Nalley Infiniti Atlanta. I have bought 2 Infiniti’s and they always take care of me and very professional.

It was great. The only thing was when I drove up no one greeted me at my car in the garage I had to go to the desk. I’m not sure if this is normal protocol but other dealerships have walked up upon parking to ask what was needed.
