It was great. The only thing was when I drove up no one greeted me at my car in the garage I had to go to the desk. I’m not sure if this is normal protocol but other dealerships have walked up upon parking to ask what was needed.

The experience was great. Adam takes his time with explaining the services needed and providing the right guidance. I drive past another Infiniti dealer just because of the service received at Nalley Atlanta location.

My visit was fine but there’s something hanging from the bottom of my car that is scraping now I have to go back for them to fix it outside of that. Everything else is fine.
