Service advisor was a good listener regarding any concerns I voiced regarding the care of my Kia Soul. The recall problem was taken care of which relieved my anxiety of dangerous circumstances and safety. The spark plugs were done. However the car is hard to start after I brake at a stop sign or light. Thank you for a good Service visit this time. 3 months ago I was definitely frustrated regarding the recall. But happy with Service Advisor taking care of my concerns..
