I arrived first (at 7 am) so that I could be the first served. The staff member signed me in but did not submit my paper work for an hour. However when I requested my keys back to leave, the service manager stepped in, apologized, and had my car serviced immediately. His customer service was excellent and appreciated and he even reduced my bill. Because of him I will return!!
