Made an appointment to fix a leak that started after servicing and because the person that usual helps me with my car was not in office the other attendants chose to leave the job until the person returned to work the next day. This issue could have been dealt with the same day and I never had to be without my vehicle until the next day.

My visit was to get an oil change the young ladythat checked me in was friendly however the wait time was extremely long 3 hour wait my appointment was 10am I arrived at 9:45 left at 1pm

My guy who waited on me was very patient I had a blown fuse from a car they kept working till they found out the problem .I always get great service with Kia.I am very very pleased
