Didn’t take long and everything I asked them to do was done

Great customer service

Made an appointment to fix a leak that started after servicing and because the person that usual helps me with my car was not in office the other attendants chose to leave the job until the person returned to work the next day. This issue could have been dealt with the same day and I never had to be without my vehicle until the next day.

My visit was to get an oil change the young lady that checked me in was friendly however the wait time was extremely long 3 hour wait my appointment was 10am I arrived at 9:45 left at 1pm

My guy who waited on me was very patient I had a blown fuse from a car they kept working till they found out the problem .I always get great service with Kia.I am very very pleased

Too slow

The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. There were several on the lot for me to review. I had a significant deposit, which I was unable to wire transfer so I had to wait for the bank to mail the check. Once that was done things moved quicker, although there remained confusion about how I was financing the vehicle. It was not a bad car buying experience.
