People are friendly and nice always! Pleased with service that I have used before on my 2013 which was destroyed by a tornado and my 2021 Kia Soul S bought to replace the previous vehicle! Only issue is the appointment times. Why schedule a l0:00 AM appointment when my car does not go to service bay until 11:30 AM? Delay caused me to be l5 minutes late to a funeral, which was not good! Love the people in all departments and the quality of service, but time delays - NOT SO GOOD!
