I appreciate the effort to stick to the appointment time frame. I appreciated after $800 unexpected dollars spent that my wipers were complimentary. I only came in for an oil change, 30k mile checkup and wipers but was told I needed tires, too. Most places don't see the value in throwing in what they could have upsold but that gesture will ensure I return and tell my friends, family and other people about this place.

It was great. I had no problems at all. The manager was a great person and I was very satisfied.

The power went out and there was no backup procedure in place. This problem extened my maintenance longer

Thanks to Angie for doing a geat job by making our wait pleasurable. Only problem I have is the scrathes the put on my car and the cigarette smell that was in my car. Whn they are washing cars they need to be more careful. And the workers should not be allowe to smoke well working on custmers cars.
