It was quality service from my service representative.

People are friendly and nice always! Pleased with service that I have used before on my 2013 which was destroyed by a tornado and my 2021 Kia Soul S bought to replace the previous vehicle! Only issue is the appointment times. Why schedule a l0:00 AM appointment when my car does not go to service bay until 11:30 AM? Delay caused me to be l5 minutes late to a funeral, which was not good! Love the people in all departments and the quality of service, but time delays - NOT SO GOOD!

I appreciate the effort to stick to the appointment time frame. I appreciated after $800 unexpected dollars spent that my wipers were complimentary. I only came in for an oil change, 30k mile checkup and wipers but was told I needed tires, too. Most places don't see the value in throwing in what they could have upsold but that gesture will ensure I return and tell my friends, family and other people about this place.

It was great. I had no problems at all. The manager was a great person and I was very satisfied.
