I worked with Shawn directly when I brought my car in to be serviced. He was pleasant to work with and was upfront about what services my car needed and the associated cost. Because of the work that had to be done, I would be without a car for 2 days. Although Diamond and Shawn tried to secure me a car, they were unable to do so, which was unfortunate but I know there was nothing they could do to change that. Once I left the dealership, communication ceased until I was told over 36 hours later that my car was ready. I did call the dealership during that time for an update, however the service technician who answered was less than helpful. When I arrived to pickup my car, I bill was more than what I was originally quoted which was unexpected because no one called to let me know there was a change. I did speak to Shawn about this and he agreed to honor the original quoted price. I would give 5 stars because I do believe Shawn was trying his best to provide exceptional service, but a few things mentioned above fell through the cracks. I also have a slight dent and scratch on the roof of my car which wasn't there before. It's those little things that prevent me from giving this a 5 star review.
