My experience was truly exceptional. My service advisor was there every step of the way.

I went to Kia to have my 8000 mile check on my new Kia Sportage and my oil change. As soon as I got there, they took me in. The visit was very pleasant. I wasn’t feeling well that day and they took very good care of me. I didn’t have to wait long maybe about an hour and Gary was very very nice. I give him a 10 because he was an excellent excellent person to deal with.

Very organized and speedy, attended my needs.

service is great the only thing I hate you book for a appointment and still have to wait for an hour or more. I went in for a 8:15 appt for oil change and told it was a 3 hour wait on a Saturday. reschedule for Friday morning at 7:15 and did not leave till 9:30. I feel like they over booked and it is not the mechanicans falt

Maintenance

It took a little longer than I had expected but it wasn't really bad considering the work that was done. The service provider was VERY nice.
