I think the wait time is way too long for a general service. We use to get a car wash as a courtesy it would be nice to get that again. I booked online said I was getting my 22k maintenance a price was listed. I get there and find that filter changes is not included and had to pay over $100 more to get tires rotated and filter change. Quote the entire pkg on the portal so there is no surprise when we get there. If we put in our vehicle info in and only come to you, the you should know what we need. Also I don't get coupons anymore but I do get them via email from a dealership in Maryland that serviced my car last Christmas.
