My car is running fine. Service took almost 2 hours longer than time frame given even with an earlier appointment but overall good experience.

I had to call 2 day to get follow up on my car. However, the customer service agent did an awesome recovery at the end. I understand there are failures with services at times but the importance is the recovery.

I am very happy to say that Customer Service was excellent, thanks to Mr. Anthony Love. He was not only helpful, but understanding, patient and an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all of my many questions and appeared to ready to answer more if necessary. Thank you Mr. Love for being SOOOOO PROFESSIONAL

My service advisor Angela did and excellent! She was very professional in her duties. I was kept informed about the status of my vehicle which was very appreciated. She also advised me of a computer firmware update that was outstanding. I was in and out of service before expected time which was amazing.
