I really enjoyed my experience. While it wasn’t quick, it was easy. I do wish I was asked, not told, about adding additional packages because given the chance I would have removed an option that raised the car price by over $1000.

Was greeted upon arrival. My last visit was gone over and recommended services were gone over. Car was ready within the timeframe stated a check-in

Was a little slow getting started I was the first one there to have recall parts put on my car . Was told that they did not see an appointment for I was told one week before to come in ,I was told that person that helped me was not in to which I replied I am here to see the mechanics not her then I was he have to see what he do, after 2 hours waiting the comes over to tell they have not started on my car, finally at 10 am my car was done . All had done was a trunk latch and sealant put sound tail lights 7-10am . I would not have come early in the morning to have someone try and turn me around good thing I am retired 🙃

The Customer service rep needs more training, was not very thorough in checking my vin number thus causing me to make an additional trip to get my car fixed. Anyway a senior Rep help me and rectify the situation.
