The person who checked me in was kind and professional. He explained everything and relieved any anxiety I might have had regarding the recall on my Kia Soul. He also provided lyft back to my home. I can’t remember his name but he was great. Service Date 8/24/22- 7 am

I originally came to Nalley Kia for a test drive while I continued to save my down payment money, and Marcus as well as management made it their duty to help me find the best option for my price range as well as get me my vehicle on said day. I really enjoyed my experience. While it wasn’t quick, it was easy. I do wish I was asked, not told, about adding additional packages because given the chance I would have removed an option that raised the car price by over $1000.
