Timely appointment and knowledgeable staff

I was very pleased with my experience at Nalley Kia. My service advisor kept me informed on my car’s status and worked with me on the financial details as well. I had a part that took several days to arrive but the was out of their control. I won’t hesitate to use Nalley again.

The staff was very courteous . I did have a little extended wait time but it was quite understandable. The staff was very apologetic! Overall I was very satisfied.
