THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME BRINGING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE. THE FIRST TIME I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.3 HOURS LATER MY CAR HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PULLED IN! THIS TIME ALL WENT AS EXPECTED BUT, I WAS ALMOST CHARGED FOR AN OIL CHANGE, WHILE I WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THE WORKER SAID, THAT DOESN'T APPEAR ON THE SERVICE REQUEST. WORK ON THAT. SOME PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES.

Service rep was great! Gave me some great recommendations that i will use in future visits. He even walked me over to view a brand new Telluride.

Service rep listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me schedule my next appointment.

The experience was phenomenal. They called me each day they had the car updating me on their progress.

Randy took care of my car and I on my first visit to this location. This is my new home dealership and he made us feel welcome and provided a great first impression.

Customer service was good nothing over and beyond. I will go back again. The price for a basic oil change has gone up, and with that being said they could at least offer a complimentary vacuum of your car.
