THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME BRINGING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE. THE FIRST TIME I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.3 HOURS LATER MY CAR HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PULLED IN! THIS TIME ALL WENT AS EXPECTED BUT, I WAS ALMOST CHARGED FOR AN OIL CHANGE, WHILE I WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THE WORKER SAID, THAT DOESN'T APPEAR ON THE SERVICE REQUEST. WORK ON THAT. SOME PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES.

Customer service was good nothing over and beyond. I will go back again. The price for a basic oil change has gone up, and with that being said they could at least offer a complimentary vacuum of your car.
