I'm a long time customer of this dealership and usually wait on my vehicle when it's serviced. My wait time is acceptable depending on the service being performed. I'm always informed of the approximate time for repair/service and my vehicle is ready as promised. Service representatives are courteous and keep me informed of any delays. Dealership is always clean (especially bathrooms). Other amenities are offered such as snacks, beverages, wi-fi, etc.

My experience was good with my visit to Nalley Kia. The tech explained and showed me what he assessed the issue the be. I had an issue with the ventilated seat (driver/passenger) blowing cool. I felt it, but the problem really isn't solved. I place my family in the seat and activated the ventilated cool seat. No one could tell it was on, thus the problem really wasn't fix. But the service was good and they attempted to address the problem. I'm going to another dealership.
