Angie is always Kia Nalley's finest. She listens, explains and gives or and explores options. The wait was long as I was a walk in, but understandable. The service department always shows what needs to be done with prices (that I super love) and also helps you decide what's best to be done first (when money is tight). My overall experience is always excellent
