Communication with service manager and female service rep that day was impressive. The location was clean and service prompt. I will be back. I hope that courtesy shuttles are able to come back.

I appreciate the flexibility in allowing me to leave my car over the weekend to be serviced. I still did not get my phone call back in reference to replacing the lug that was damaged while balancing the tires. That would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
