Except for taking 7 hours for a "estimated 2-hr" appointment, service was good. Unexpected circumstances pulled my rep away and new rep did not introduce themselves - nor keep me updated until I finally went up to the desk and asked. Also found out some "sad news" : KIA does NOT make any two-door cars any more! Alas - I LOVE two-door cars. Oh well.

I am very pleased with Nalley Kia. Everyone is nice and considerate. I'm usually taken right in and told about how long it will take. I would like to keep all my maintenance at Nalley. My only compaint is the long wait time to get an appointment. I had to take my car somehwere else to get the previous oil change because I couldn[t get an appointment in less than a couple of months. i went ahead and scheduled my next appointment for August.

It has been VERY difficult to get an appointment with Nalley Kia when needed in the last year! I have had to rely on Jiffy Lube to do two of my oil changes AND Jiffy Lube had to do an oil checkup for me when my Kia was using too much oil because I could not get a timely appointment with Nalley Kia! When I DO get a Nalley Kia appointment, the waiting is at least an hour longer than it was in the past! What do I do to help solve the issues above?? From 2015 until 2020, I got excellent service from Nalley Kia and was planning on buying my next Kia there. Now....????
