My check in representative was awesome each time I come in for my oil change. My visit was great.

The service was quick but I didn't like letting s man in,who said that he had no reservations like the sign said on the door . then he sat down with no 😷 on and I had to wait 2 month for my appointments The lady was nice to me.

I had a good experience and walked out with a 2022 Kia Seltos.

My advisor, Angela Jackson, was great! I was updated throughout the process and had no surprises at pickup. Ms. Jackson even walked me to my vehicle and thanked me for my visit, which I really appreciated. In these times where excellent customer service is hard to come by, it was nice to get the "white glove" treatment by someone that had it flow naturally. I will definitely use this location again.

Knew what car I wanted, test drove it, went through with purchase once I knew they could take my trade and pay off my old car, decided to get the car negotiated payments, and efforts were made to get me the most affordable pricing possible and I am satisfied! Antonio was great!

I visited your location in December to get my console light fixed and you did not have the parts. I called back in February and you did have the parts to fix my car and Angie let me come in the next day to have it repaired. My car was ready at 5:00 pm and once the receipt came for me to pay I noticed the price was a little high. Angie looked at what I was quoted in December and that price was honored. It was a great experience this time at Nalley Kia. Angie was super nice. She is a keeper. The only reason I gave a four star is someone from the service department was supposed to call me when the part came in and that did not happen.

I and my vehicle were treated with tremendous care at this dealership. It took two hours to have my oil changed; I was only there for oil change but they went beyond—balanced/rotated my tires, and went ahead and did a maintenance inspection on it. A big thanks to the service guys, and also to Diamond Brown. All of you made my visit easy and with satisfying results.
