Salesman was excellent as he was very knowledgeable and engaging. However, the financing experience took a very long time. I cannot understand why it takes so long. It was 3 1/2 hours from the time I arrived until driving off in a new car. The process needs to be streamlined.

I received timely quality service on my visit. The staff was professional.

Despite reduced staffing issues, I was able to have my urgent matter handled.

It was a 4 hour wait for an oil change; but the employees were very nice

It was great service

I purchased a new tire on Oct 27th. The tire pressure warning came on in Nov. I took it in but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. About 1 1/2 or 2 weeks later it came back on. I took it in. They said slow leak and patched it. I hope I don't have any more problems. Your service people tried to be helpful.
