The service was prompt. I was originally scheduled for an appointment next year, but received a call that I could come in sooner due to a recall. Upon my arrival, the service agent greeted me and took me right away. My expectations was not to have my car for the majority of the day, but within a few hours my car was ready and transportation was sent to my home to pick me up. Great Service!
