Everything went well. I dropped car off day before to have serviced the next morning. Had not heard from anyone by 11:00 so started calling. Called at least 8 times but no one answered in service dept. Had t get sales person to go get someone to take my call. Gentleman who took my car yesterday was so busy and didn't send message that car was ready. Picked up around 12:30.

My salesman treated my family with care and made sure we got the car we wanted, He took his time with us to make sure our questions were answered. Buying the car was a smooth transition. Thanks

Though I waited for at least two months for an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised. The repair for the recall was completed in less than two hours. I am a satisfied customer.

Was told they were short staffed and that the oil change would take 3hrs but it ended up being less than a hour. Thankful they were able to get my car taken care of despite staffing issues.
