Everything went well with my appointment. The representative that assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful.

No one has ever done maintenance on my Kia Soul except Nalley because I trust them. From the time I bought my car (which was a special order never picked up), when they gave me a great deal, I have enjoyed doing business with Nalley staff. Despite all the challenges with parts and personnel, they continue to do a great job. We just need sometimes to have patience and be appreciative.

I had a great experience with Nalley Kia I was early dropping my car off I got service as soon as I walked in and got everything taken care of

I arrived promptly for my 11am appointment and was seen in less than five minutes. My service advisor, Diamond, was knowledgeable and ensured me my car would be ready in an hour! She was right, she called me in about an hour and fifteen minutes!

I had a very timely visit. I was told 1.5 and it was less. Rep explained recall and solution to fix. Also addressed needful issues from inspection. They have been addressed. Thank you

My only complaint was that even with an appointment it took 6 hours for an oil change, alignment, and new tires.
