Service Rep. was excellent. I had a problem with starting my vehicle before coming in, I asked if I needed to reschedule. He told me to come in once I got my vehicle started and that the service would still be done and to come in before 4pm. No pressure, that was exceptional service on his part. Many Thanks.

No one has ever done maintenance on my Kia Soul except Nalley because I trust them. From the time I bought my car (which was a special order never picked up), when they gave me a great deal, I have enjoyed doing business with Nalley staff. Despite all the challenges with parts and personnel, they continue to do a great job. We just need sometimes to have patience and be appreciative.

I arrived promptly for my 11am appointment and was seen in less than five minutes. My service advisor, Diamond, was knowledgeable and ensured me my car would be ready in an hour! She was right, she called me in about an hour and fifteen minutes!

I had a very timely visit. I was told 1.5 and it was less. Rep explained recall and solution to fix. Also addressed needful issues from inspection. They have been addressed. Thank you
