Service Rep. was excellent. I had a problem with starting my vehicle before coming in, I asked if I needed to reschedule. He told me to come in once I got my vehicle started and that the service would still be done and to come in before 4pm. No pressure, that was exceptional service on his part. Many Thanks.

Rodney Beauford was excellent! I was a first time buyer and didn’t know much about the process, and he explained everything in a way I could understand. Me and my daughter test drove my 2022 Kia Soul and I fell in love. Rodney had the truck detailed while we waited, and before we left he made sure I understood and knew how to work the safety features. I will definitely recommend! Excellent job on the exceptional customer service!

No one has ever done maintenance on my Kia Soul except Nalley because I trust them. From the time I bought my car (which was a special order never picked up), when they gave me a great deal, I have enjoyed doing business with Nalley staff. Despite all the challenges with parts and personnel, they continue to do a great job. We just need sometimes to have patience and be appreciative.
