Love Diamond my service advisor!! Amazing

I had a great experience with Nalley Kia I was early dropping my car off I got service as soon as I walked in and got everything taken care of

I came in looking for a Kia Sportage & found what I was looking for!

Was able to get in and get out with not a really long wait and have been helping and supporting the car for 360000

I arrived promptly for my 11am appointment and was seen in less than five minutes. My service advisor, Diamond, was knowledgeable and ensured me my car would be ready in an hour! She was right, she called me in about an hour and fifteen minutes!

I had a very timely visit. I was told 1.5 and it was less. Rep explained recall and solution to fix. Also addressed needful issues from inspection. They have been addressed. Thank you

Good reliable service.

I got oil change, spark plugs & two new tires but the light came on when I left KIA due to low pressure in the front right tire. I brought it back & Angela put some air in it. I smelled a strong gas smell for two days after service but it seemed to have faded away. Other than that car seem to be doing fine. Thanks.

My car was having problem. Stop by Kia after 5:00p.m. to see what could be the problem. I thought I would be turned around because it was towards the end of the work day. Instead of turning me around the man at the counter listened. When I described the problem to the man at the counter he known exactly what it was. The problem was my battery. Kia tooked the time to changed my battery. So that say alot about the guys who took the time to take of my car so I can go to work the next day. Thank Nelly Kia for taking care of my car.
